The estimate form asks for your name, phone, email, project type, and a short description of the work. That information is used to reply about the project. Do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive records.

When you send the form, your details are emailed to Robert Hedges through Amazon Simple Email Service. This site does not keep its own copy in a database. Your information is not sold or shared for marketing.

To block spam, the site keeps a short-lived count of requests from each internet address. Those counts delete themselves automatically, usually within a day or two.

The site does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

The reviews section shows reviews from Google Maps. The review text is fetched by this site, and reviewer photos load from Google’s servers. Google Maps content is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Questions about your information, or want a past request deleted from Robert’s inbox? Email rhedges0317@icloud.com or call (805) 296-8751.
